We offer free return labels for STORE CREDIT ONLY

• You have 30 days from date of fullfilment to return all eligible items.

•The store credit will be calculated for the item(s) purchased and does not include the amount paid for shipping.

•Store credit never expires

• Please iclude the packing slip with all eligible items authorized for your return in the return package

CONDITIONS: Your items to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, makeup, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)            

• Shoe boxes need to be placed in a separate package, as they are considered part of the product's original condition. Shoe boxes returned damaged or taped will not be accepted. 

• If an order was placed through Afterpay or Sezzle and the item was returned, the customer is still responsible for paying the remaining balance for the returned item through Afterpay or Sezzle even though store credit is received.

•Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, sale/clearance items, bodysuits, swimsuits (or any item discounted 30% or more from full retail price)         

•Please allow 2-4 days for items to be processed back & for credit to be seen in your account


We want our customers to be satisfied with our products. Any damages or defections to products must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise and we will do what we can to rectify the situation. Please contact help@celiacollection.com for assistance

Canceled Orders:       

•Items are eligible for cancelation 30 minutes after order is placed for a full refund with reason.      

•Items are not eligible for cancellation after packing slip has been printed and is being processed.

Shop Celia is NOT responsible for:      

•Delays with USPS or UPS shipping      

•International Duties or Customs Charges

•Packages market "delivered" and not received. Please file a claim with the shipper for your lost package.
